AlphaGraphics of Wyoming in Sheridan, WY, is a locally owned and operated, full-service visual marketing and print provider. Specializing in printing, branding, messaging, digital marketing, and large format printing, AlphaGraphics offers solutions for packaging, fulfillment, and more. The company is equipped with top-notch printing technology, in-house designers, and a variety of finishing options to meet diverse marketing needs.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Representative. This position will be responsible for communication with clients, client intake processes and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with other business owners and their staff to determine the best way to assist with marketing, printing and other business services. Experience working with businesses and business owners highly desired.

Qualifications

Client or account management skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Team player with office experience working in a professional office
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Experience in a client-facing role is preferred
Knowledge of print marketing or related industry is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
